Na '?iwi NYC, members pictured above, is a kanaka maoli (Native Hawaiian) education & advocacy group based in New York City. The purpose of this hui is to bring together Native Hawaiian transplants in NYC to educate and inform non-Hawaiians on their culture, with particular focus on Hawaiian history, contemporary issues, and the perpetuation of native language.
