The Times: “Indian terror suspects linked to Mumbai plot”

The Times, published in London, reports today that the Mumbai attacks have been linked to Indian citizens, undermining the Indian government's assertions that the plot was orchestrated solely by Pakistani members of Lashkar-e-Taiba.
