State house reorganizes amid Rail session

According to a statement released by the House Majority Office, “The new committee assignments are part of a broader House reorganization and administrative housekeeping that naturally follows from the change in Speaker at the end of the 2017 regular session.”

The more than 50 changes to House committees, including changes to the crucial Finance Committee, could also help to smooth over potential speed bumps to a Rail bailout.
