Senate committees finalized
After the senate shakeup that happened at the tail end of the legislative session, the State Senate, now under Ron Kouchi and the Opihi faction, has announced its newly formed committees and their chairs.
The State Senate today confirmed the chairs for all 14 committees under Senate President Ronald Kouchi.
“This lineup of committee leadership is a thoughtful and effective placement of our Senators,” said Kouchi. “With these new configured committees, we believe we are able to better address the important issues that face our State.”
