Today is last day to comment on ‘Big Wind’ project EIS
There is a Tuesday, March 1 deadline to submit comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement for the “Big Wind” project, which would see hundreds of wind turbines erected across several islands to power Honolulu.
Both the State of Hawaii (DBEDT) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) are required by law to respond to your comments in the draft that will come out in the fall of 2011.
