Petition to stop military base at Henoko passes 4,000

The petition urges Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Gen Nakatani, Japan’s Minister of Defense, and U.S. president Barack Obama to “protect Henoko ccean and its coral reefs” and to “listen to the voice of Okinawan people and stop construction of a new military base.”
