NDAA suit finds against government

In a Federal Case in New York, Judge Katherine Forrest ruled that indefinite detention of terror suspects violates the first amendment and is unconstitutional. The ruling affects a section of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012. The Obama administration has already filed an appeal.
