Road down to Keomuku (north side of the Island) is closed.

Road to Kamalapau Highway is closed.

Road to Manele Bay is presently open as hotel is still operating
shuttle services to the City from the hotel.  No traffic is being
allowed down….only buses.

All roads will be closed to all traffic at 0130 hours as ordered in
previous email.
