Water oozes from ground at Hawaii Kai dog park for weeks

For more than a month, and during one of the worst droughts to ever hit Hawaii, water caused by a leak has been seeping out of the ground in a Hawaii Kai dog park. City officials say they’ve known about the leak since early August and believe the problem is a damaged irrigation head or line. A temporary fence is keeping dogs and people out of the green, grassy area. KHON2 News reports.
