All Wahiawa/Whitmore Village Neighborhood Board NO. 26 meetings shall be held in open session and the public is invited to attend

I.    Call to order by the committee-of-the whole, committee chair Joe Francher.

II.    W/WV NB chair’s report (To include announcements and correspondence.)

III.    Resident’s concerns (any person in attendance may speak when recognized by the committee chair,  written messages by the public will also be accepted.)

IV.  Transportation committee report, Joe Francher, chair.

V.    Kaiaka watershed committee report, Hugh Lowery.

VI.  Establishment of military and government affairs committee.

VII.  Committee-of-the-whole forum: An opportunity for board and community members to openly discuss items for future agendas, correspondence, announcement, or to comment on issues unique to or affecting W/WV NB 26 neighborhood board.

VIII.  Set agenda for Wahiawa neighborhood board regular meeting for Monday, March 15, 2010.

IX.    Adjournment

ANY INDIVIDUAL WISHING TO ATTEND A NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD MEETING WHO HAS QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS FOR A PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR A SPECIAL PHYSICAL NEED SHOULD CALL THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMISSION OFFICE AT 768-3710 BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M., AT LEAST 24-HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MEETING.
