Value of Hawaii: A look at the State Legislature’s midterm report card

The folks behind The Value of Hawaii will be discussing a midterm report card for Hawaii’s State Legislature.

A panel will various community members will comment on prisons, labor and human trafficking, law, and national and State legislative decisions and trends. 

The discussion will feature experts in media/journalism, political activism, and law: Kat Brady (Coordinator of Community Alliance on Prisons), Margery Bronster (Lawyer and former Attorney General), Lowell Chun-Hoon (Honolulu labor lawyer and co-founder of the Amerasia Journal), and David Shapiro (Reporter, editor, and columnist for the Star-Advertiser).

A follow-up discussion will happen on Wednesday, March 23.
