UNICEF says at least 150 thousand could be affected by cyclone Tomas

UNICEF in the Pacific says at least 150 thousand people could have been directly affected by Cyclone Tomas. A state of natural disaster has been declared in Fiji’s north and eastern divisions following the cyclone. Radio New Zealand International reports.
