States, feds reach voting settlement agreement

The U.S. Justice Department says it has reached agreements with Colorado, Hawaii, District of Columbia, and U.S. Virgin Island officials to help ensure deployed military members and other overseas Americans can participate fully in the November 2 general election. Associated Press reports.
