Severe weather, tornados reach Downtown

Minutes before a severe lightning and thunder storm arrived in Downtown Honolulu Monday evening, one of two tornadoes twists in the waters outside of Honolulu Harbor. A flash flood warning is in effect this evening until 9:00 p.m.
