September 9: City seeks comment on Grant In Aid Projects
HONOLULU—The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services will hold a special informational meeting to solicit input from the community about prioritizing funding for Grant In Aid projects.
Grant In Aid projects address community needs regarding housing, human services, urban revitalization, and community development. Approximately $650,000 will be available in the current fiscal year.
The meeting will be held this Thursday, September 9 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at McCoy Pavilion in Ala Moana Park.
Entities eligible for funding must be non-profit organizations organized for the purpose of meeting definitive social needs in Honolulu.
