Quake rocks Philippines capital

A powerful earthquake has shaken the Philippine capital, Manila, causing office buildings to sway in the center of the city, Al Jazeera reports. The magnitude 6.1 quake was centered about 100km west of the city of Batangas, south of the Philippine capital.
