Kumu Kahua Theater to feature ‘The Holiday of Rain’ in March

The Kumu Kahua Theater has announced the March run of “The Holiday of Rain,” a commissioned play by Hawaii Award for Literature winner Victoria Nalani Kneubuhl. The play takes place at the Sadie Thompson Inn in Samoa, and combines fantasy, history, humor, and drama. It is a reimagining of the 1921 short story “Rain” by W. Somerset Maughm, and features a strong cast of familiar local actors.
