Kahoohalahala’s council position now in judge’s hands

Seventeen plaintiffs are seeking to remove from office Maui County Councilmember Sol Kahoohalahala, who is supposed to be a resident of Lanai, because of evidence that they say shows he was living on Maui. The decision is now in the hands of a Second Circuit Court judge. Maui News reports.
