Pablo’s Cantina opens at Ward Center, Taco Tuesdays return!

A new Mexican restaurant, Pablo’s Cantina, has opened on the second floor of Ward Center. Open daily from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 a.m., Pablo’s principal owner has stated that the restaurant uses locally-grown products to create dishes evocative of regional cuisine from all over Mexico. This is achieved through the use of lesser known traditional ingredients like the prickly pear cactus.

Pablo’s Cantina also uses Hawaii-sourced ingredients in its extensive bar menu, and the fruit juices and mixes are made fresh daily on premises. Dinner service ends at 9:30 p.m., with pupus available until midnight. Pablo’s is honoring a tradition established by Compadre’s, the previous occupant of the Ward Centre space. “Taco Tuesdays” will feature tacos and drink specials.

Sundays at Pablo’s Cantina features a special that sees keiki under 12 eat for $5, as well as NFL food and drink specials and industry night.
