One Voice: Kamehameha Schools song contest documentary, screens at Sunset on the Beach

The documentary film One Voice will be screened in conjunction with the Hawaii International Film Festival at Sunset on the Beach at Queen’s Beach in Waikiki on Saturday. The film tells the story of the Kamehameha Schools song contest, a tradition of nearly 90 years that fosters leadership and community among the school’s students. The song contest serves an important function in preserving the Hawaiian language, culture and spirit of aloha.
