July 10: Freedom Fest fundraiser against human trafficking in Hawaii

Freedom Fest, a fundraiser against human trafficking in Hawaii, takes place Saturday, July 10 from 7:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Fresh Cafe, 831 Queen Street.

The night features Girl Fest, Pacific Alliance to Stop Slavery (PASS), performers from Youth Speaks, African Drum and Dance Collective Badenyaa and Sewa Fare, musical guests Simple Souls, Kelly Heath, Carly Smith, Yoza, Lei Melket, and Black Square.

Freedom Fest is a fundraiser for PASS and Girl Fest, two of Hawaii’s only organizations protecting and servicing victims of domestic sex-trafficking through direct services and legislative advocacy.
