IRS: 1,700 Hawaii nonprofits yet to file 990 forms due October 15

The Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations is encouraging all Hawaii nonprofit organizations to file appropriate forms with the Internal Revenue Service by Friday, October 15 to prevent losing their tax-exempt status. Pacific Business News reports.
