Two bombs detonated during the 2013 Boston Marathon around 2:50 p.m. EDT on April 15 in Copley Square, just before the photo bridge that marks the finish line. The blasts killed at least 2 people, and injured at least 23 people. A third, related, bomb exploded outside the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
