Birth Center Tours

General Newborn Care
In this class, learn how to tell if your baby is sick, how to take your baby’s temperature, why babies cry, how to calm a crying baby, and how to bathe your baby.

Breastfeeding Classes
Thursday, August 12 or Tuesday, August 31 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Cost: $25. Free with any Castle childbirth class.

Lamaze™  Prepared Childbirth
This 6-week course reviews body conditioning exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques. Instructors will also review topics as needed by participants. These may include labor and delivery, postpartum care, medications, or breast and bottle feeding.
6 sessions, Sundays, starting August 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Infant CPR and Safety
Recommended for parents, grandparents and other non-professional childcare providers, this course teaches basic life support techniques for infants and toddlers as well as how to make your home safe for young children.
