AAJA Hawaii is a nonprofit organization, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, that offers scholarships, professional stipends, development programs, networking opportunities, and benefits for student journalists and media professionals. AAJA serves Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders also by encouraging young people to consider journalism as a career, developing managers in the media industry, and promoting fair and accurate news coverage.

AAJA Hawaii is holding a holiday lunch meeting on Saturday, December 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Yogur Story as an opportunity for members to meet prospective newcomers.
