The Kapolei Public Library will host a Halloween-themed evening for all ages this Tuesday, October 19. Starting at 6:00 p.m., children will receive goody bags and be able to get airbrush tattoos and balloon twists offered by Aloha Clowns. Those in attendance can also pose for a photo with the Star Wars Legionnaires from the Pacific Outpost 501st Legion and the Predators from Hawaii Costumers Guild. At the “Fright Night” event, kids and adults can come dress up early this year and enter the library’s costume contest. Families who come dressed up can enter for a chance to win a Nintendo Wii.
