Baby aWEARness: To vaccinate or not to vaccinate…

MOILIILI—The issues surrounding vaccination for babies and young children continue to produce anxiety and confusion amongst parents. 

To help clear up some of the questions, Baby aWEARness in Manoa will be hosting Dr. Madeleine Portuondo, local naturopath and midwife, to give a vaccine safety lecture on Sunday, October 24 at 5:30 p.m.

The two-hour lecture will cover everything from immunology basics to vaccine preservative components and more. It should be an invaluable opportunity for parents of young children to learn more about the subject.
