John Rosa

John P. Rosa is Assistant Professor of History at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa. His research focuses mostly on the social and cultural history of twentieth-century Hawaiʻi and the histories of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States. He has published articles on the history of Hawaiʻi,  local identity in Hawaiʻi, and the study of race and ethnicity in the islands.
