This collection focuses exclusively on the U.S. Navy’s leaking bulk storage fuel tanks under Red Hill on Oʻahu, which sit only 100 feet above the island’s primary drinking water aquifer, efforts to clean up the leaks and prevent further or to shut down the facility all together if the leaks cannot be eliminated.
