KAPOLEI -- With two other candidates for State Senate District 19, current Sen. Mike Gabbard answered some questions pertaining to his community as the primaries quickly approach. District 19 is comprised of Honokai Hale, Makakilo, Kapolei, Kalaeloa, Royal Kunia, Village Park, Waikele, and portions of Ko Olina and Waipahu.
